28.10.2015 – It was a beautiful Wednesday afternoon, thought of a place to go for lunch and ended up having a lunch date at Metal Box! Metal Box is located at Empire Damansara, the place is full of charms on its own, and I believe it will be a very happening area in the future!
These are the food I ordered:
Dish#1. The Mini Hash Brown (RM7.90++) is a recommended dish for children and even adults who loves potatoes 🙂 I guess there is always a child in anyone… In my opinion, if you love McDonald’s hash brown, you will love definitely love this bite-size snack!
Dish#2. I am a pasta lover, so I have decided to go for Seafood Marinara (RM26.90++), and I enjoyed it. The dish is made from linguine pasta with homemade tomato sauce served with two grilled tiger prawn, crispy golden calamari, mussels and topped with freshly grated gruyere cheese. Do not be deceived by the portion looking small, when you start digging-in, it is actually very filling!
Dish#3. A fan of Salmon? Ordering the Faced Off Salmon (RM18.90++) is a good idea! This is an open faced yukari flavoured smoked salmon sandwich on the bed of scramble egg, fries and garden greens. Loving the fresh salmon “sashimi” combined with eggie taste~
The meal is not complete without dessert. The name says it all – the Salted Egg Chocolate Lava (RM19.90++) is a unique chocolate lava cake with salted egg filling and there are mix berries and vanilla ice cream by the side. I think with more salted egg filling would be even more awesome!
It’s the month of October- it’s Halloween!!! and the restaurant is dressed-up with cobwebs and other Halloween decoration to make this month interesting~ Head down to Metal Box Empire Damansara to experience it yourself!
