2020.03.18 Malaysia – Rest well, eat well! So here is Day 2 of Restricted Movement, what’s exciting, I managed to read an interesting book called “Grain Brain” by Dr David Perlmutter.
It was easy to understand, simple but complex at the same time. I am always fascinated with nutrition and how our amazing body works (it is smart and constantly balancing itself). So, what if we are not aware that our food actually “killing” us slowly inside? Especially our brain.
This book is a good read for anyone who wish to know more about how carbs and grains affects our brain and overall health.
