I love the fact that the soup is not very starchy, but it was a bowl full with joy as it is called 🙂 The portion was good and tasty as well.

Chicken!!! The chicken was nicely done and very delicious. The meat was tender and juicy at the same time~ The decoration is also interesting and I must say a lot of effort has been invested to make this dish too!

It was as though the prawns were coated with honey and sweet sauce~ The texture and size of the prawn is good too! I love the fact that the presentation is simple and nice!

The fish had a spongy texture and the flavour was on point too! I am glad that the fish was not overcooked and the size of the fish was good for a table of 10 or 11 persons.

I am quite surprise of the colour, as I normally see fried rice darker in colour. I doubted at first, however after I ate it, it tasted good and exceeded my expectations.
