Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week 2015

This year, KLFW2015 was held at Pavilion once again! The theme for this Fashion Week is called Ready To Wear (RTW) where participating designers showcased their creative artwork to our beautiful city. The runway – stage and lights were built at the Centercourt of the busy Pavilion Shopping Centre. The event has caught the attention of invited medias, bloggers, writers and even the people who were passing by the area. The event was welcomed in style by stylish invited guests and celebrities.

The runway was ruled by the models who were dressed in artwork to “wow” the crowd. Their sleek hair styles accompanied with hair accessories; the make-up effect which was a tool to help the models speak through their body language; and not to forget the matching heels and shoes to go with the overall stunning look. The press and media were ready with their huge professional cameras ever-ready in front of the runway. Flashes of lights like shimmering stars gazed in front of the models as they walked and posed at the end of the runway.

On 13th August 2015, the show was started off by designer Thomas Wee from Singapore who was an invited guest for the event. With 35 years of experience in the fashion industry, he has showcased an array of inspired collection of artwork. The next show was followed by Alia Bastamam from Malaysia who is a respectable, bold, smart and fashionable lady. She has creative artwork which converged with her individualistic style and brought it to live on the runway.

Thank you Volkswagen for the evening and sponsored a mini display car as a gift-way. A Volkswagen car is solid and easy to drive too, as I have personally driven one!
